Nissan Altima (L32) 2007-2012 Service Manual: Washer tank

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Remove the washer tank filler tube (1).

2. Remove engine under cover.

3. Position the RH fender protector back. For Sedan Refer to EXT-40, "Removal and Installation". For Coupe Refer to EXT-19, "Removal and Installation" .

4. Disconnect the washer pump and washer fluid level sensor connectors (C), then detach the connector harness clip (B).

5. Remove the washer tank nuts (A), disconnect the washer pump hose and remove the washer tank (1).

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION: After installation, add Nissan specified fluid up to the upper level of washer tank inlet, and check for leaks. Refer to MA-12, "Fluids and Lubricants".
