1.CHECK DVD-ROM

Check DVD-ROM for dirt, scratches and warpage.

Is the DVD-ROM clean and undamaged? YES >> Replace AV control unit. Refer to AV-437, "Removal and Installation".

NO >> Replace DVD-ROM map.
